Book Group

We believe continuous learning is critical to maintaining your edge and innovation. However, many executives do not have the time to find articles, publications and books of interest.

The EXCELLENCE Book Group is modeled after Stewart Brand's program. While our recommendations may not cover the breadth of topics that Stewart does, our intent is to supply you with materials that keep you current with the latest trends and practices for achieving performance excellence.

As a member of the EXCELLENCE Book Group, we will periodically mail you books, reprints, magazines and other media on the last thinking in a wide variety of business topics. In addition, you will get our reviews and guidance in how to apply the key points in these materials to your business. Generally, we provide the members of the group about 15 books a year. Many of these books will ultimately appear on our recommended reading list. Our members have the advantage of getting these books 30-60 days before we add them to our list, as well as getting our notes and comments on the book (we never include these in the reading list.).

Additionally, we supply reprints of articles of interest from a variety of professional journals. Occasionally, we will find a publication that we think worthwhile to provide members with subscriptions. As an example, this year our members received subscriptions to Fast Company Magazine.

Membership in the EXCELLENCE Book Group is $500.00 per year (considered to be the 12 month period following your enrollment). Basically, this fee covers the expense of buying the materials and mailing them to you. To enroll, please complete and return the form below:
