The Sounding Board Guidelines:

We appreciate your interest in using us as a coach or mentor.  To insure there is no misunderstanding about our mutual responsibilities in working together, please review the terms and conditions below.  They are intended to protect you, as well as us.  By submitting your request for a coaching session or participating in any session, you are agreeing to these guidelines.

1.  We will provide up to two tele-coaching sessions at no charge.  Additional sessions may be billable.  We will agree on any additional charges up front.

2.  Our work is provided on a best efforts basis.  We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or any damages as a result of the advice provided.

3.  We reserve the right to refuse providing this service if we feel that it does not fit into the scope of our expertise or the intent of this service.  This is at our sole discretion and we are under no obligation to provide any advice or arrange coaching sessions of any kind.

4.  Please do not send us or talk to us about anything that constitutes a trade secret or confidential and proprietary information.  We are not in a position to accept this information or guarantee its protection.  By registering with this service or having a coaching session with us, you are acknowledging that nothing you will be reviewing  constitutes any trade secrets, confidential or proprietary information.

5.  If in our initial conversations, we determine that a non-disclosure agreement is necessary, we will inform you of that and provide you with a NDA for your approval before proceeding.

6.  The coaching provided is for your personal use only.  The results of the coaching sessions cannot be resold, published, or distributed in any manner without Partners In EXCELLENCE prior written approval.

Registration for this service or participating in any sessions not covered under a separate agreement constitutes your agreement to these guidelines.
