Team:Mark Steele, Partner: Mark works out of Carlsbad, California, but can be found anyplace in the world. Mark focuses on our sales, channels, product marketing, product management, and business strategies practices. Prior to joining Partners In EXCELLENCE, Mark was VP of the Worldwide OEM Business for Motorola. Mark has held executive positions with Motorola, Symbol Technologies, Gateway, AirPrime, Qualcomm, and IBM. Mark has been a thought leader in wireless and mobile technologies, responsible for the development of many of the technologies and solutions that are now widely implemented. He is an expert in developing and managing OEM relationships, licensing, channel and sales management. On the product management side, he is an expert in developing and managing the new product development process, product marketing, and in maximizing the impact of new product introductions. Mark is also deeply involved in several professional organizations. He is the past Chairman of CommNexus in San Diego and is currently on the Board of the San Diego Chapter of PDMA. He sits on the advisory board of Incendonet, A startup in Speech Recognition Solutions. He has a BS in Engineering Management from Stanford University and has attended advanced management programs at Harvard University, CalTech, as well as the Executive Education Center at IBM.
