The changing world economy, changes in our target markets, changes in our business and sales strategies all impact our sales process.  Overtime, the selling process of any organization will change.  This checklist provides questions for you to re-assess your current sales process, as well as offers advice for updating the process.

We recommend you re-assess and update your sales process at least once a year.  Unless there have been major shifts in your business strategy, markets, priorities, or competition, your sales process may not need to be changed.
