Organizational
Effectiveness Profile (OEP):
Through a partnership
with the Center For Organizational Innovation, Partners In EXCELLENCE offers
a powerful tool to help executives understand the key issues impacting the
performance of their organizations. The Organizational Effectiveness
Profile and the accompanying OEP Implementation workshops have been used
with dozens of organizations and thousands of people. Over 1.5 million
question responses have been received.
The OEP is a research based
tool, administered as an web based survey. In working with
organizations to understand the key drivers of organizational performance
and effectiveness, we have identified 19 delivery drivers, with an
underlying 107 capability indicators.
In addition to these key
drivers, Partners In EXCELLENCE has the ability to customize the OEP, adding
additional drivers or capability indicators to assess unique issues faced by
the organization.

The OEP diagnostic provides a
fast, cost effective, and comprehensive understanding of the organizational
capabilities, priorities, strengths and weaknesses. "Traffic Light"
indicators visibly identify problem areas impacting overall performance.
Underlying reports, provide detailed breakdowns of organizational alignment
in each of the key drivers. Reports can be viewed by
organizational/department function, title/level, geographic location, and
many other dimensions. They enable you to understand and address the
root issues impacting performance.

Upon completing the OEP,
the results are reviewed and analyzed in a 2 day workshop. The
workshop helps business leaders understand the root issues. The
workshop provides a simple process that enables leaders to prioritize
the most critical issues that must be addressed, develop action plans to
resolve and metrics that assure the expected results are achieved.
With a database of over 1.5
million question responses, organizational performance can be compared to
other organizations. This depth of data also provides us a sound
research base to continue to enhance the accuracy of the tool and models
used.
The OEP has been used as a
tool to help organizations improve effectiveness and performance in a number
of areas, including:
-
Improving strategy
development and execution.
-
Facilitating leadership
development.
-
Helping accelerate the
ability of new leaders to understand the issues they face with their
organizations.
-

acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
-
As a data based tool to
support cultural and organizational change initiatives.
